There was a new geoGIRL display at Walmart this weekend, packed full of lipgloss, lipsticks, lip balm and some mascaras.  The price starts at $3.98 for the lipgloss.  There are tons of summery flavors: lime, pineapple, strawberry kiwi!  Yum-o!
