Welcome to the world of Piggy Paint. I saw this display at Walmart this past weekend and came home to do some research. Piggy Paint is a non-toxic, hypoallergenic nailpolish that is "...as Natural as Mud!". These polishes are free of formaldehyde, toluene, phthalates, Bisphenol A, ethyl acetate and acetone as well.
Closeups of pictures below...
The display at Walmart had three color sets available, which I have closeups of below. A couple of them are brighter shades, and then the other set is a more every day set, which had pale pink creme and a rich berry pink.
I have to say I love the concept here. Something non-toxic, that doesn't smell, and is easy to use by little hands of kids! When I was little, I always wanted to paint my nails, but my mom would worry about me and my bad habit of nail biting and the possiblity I would ingest some of the nail polish. No worries here!
In the online store for Piggy Paints they have adorable gift sets, which would be a great option for little girl's birthday parties. There are also nail pens, which would be a little bit easier for kids to use, and let's be honest, who doesn't love the convenience of a nail pen? I would definitely suggest taking a walk through the website - there is a lot of good information on the product and what made founder, Melanie Hurley, create Piggy Paints!
Have you seen these yet? Sets at Walmart are $3.98 for two polishes. A fun way to try for sure!
